Every Elite driver who transports students meets the following requirements:
- Department of Justice background check
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Current DMV medical certificate
- Random drug and alcohol screening per Federal and State law
- 40 hours of SPAB-specific training, including written and driving tests administered by the CHP
- Annual classroom and behind-the-wheel continuing education
