Added to our firm commitment to safety is our compliance with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) inspections are performed annually by a CHP officer to ensure safe charter bus service practices.  Elite Charter consistently passes these inspections with flying colors, so our coaches are all SPAB (School Pupil Activity Bus) certified.

Plus, all our bus drivers are Department of Justice background-checked, hold both commercial driver’s licenses and DMV medical certificates and are randomly screened for drug and alcohol in compliance with Federal and State laws. All SPAB Certified Drivers are required to have forty hours of training and must pass written and driving test conducted by the California Highway Patrol. SPAB drivers conduct annual classroom and behind the wheel training.
